Together, we’ll journey day-by-day, step-by-step, through the entire Scrum Framework. You’ll witness, analyze, and understand:

• The precise actions of the Scrum Master (that’s you!), the Product Owner, the Developers, and our key stakeholders, specifically within a digital product development context.
• How the Scrum events unfold, from the critical Sprint Planning to the daily rhythm of the Daily Scrum, the collaborative Sprint Review, and the continuous improvement of the Sprint Retrospective.
• The purpose and dynamics of all Scrum Artifacts – the Product Backlog (with its Product Goal), the Sprint Backlog (with its Sprint Goal), and the deliverable Increment (with its Definition of Done).
• The foundational principles of Agile, Empiricism, and the five Scrum Values that underpin every action.
