2. Core Responsibilities
Scrum Master
- Establishes Scrum as defined in the Guide.
- Accountable for the Scrum Team's effectiveness.
- Removes impediments and coaches the organization.
Product Owner
- Accountable for maximizing product value.
- Solely responsible for Backlog management.
- Must be one person, not a committee.
Developers
- Committed to creating any aspect of a usable Increment.
- Hold each other accountable as professionals.
- Always own the Sprint Backlog and Plan.
3. Time-Box Limits (Max)

4. PSM / PSPO Essentials
